Please complete the surveys by Sunday, 16th of December.
SENIOR CLUB SURVEY
JUNIOR CLUB SURVEY
Why is the club conducting the survey?
Over time your needs and expectations change while at the same time things evolve at the club. You might also have ideas on how we can improve the club or suggestions how we can do things differently in order to make Woodend Tennis club an even better place to play.
The responsibility for running the club is vested in the Club’s Committee. For the committee to be effective it needs to, in addition to dealing with the ‘day-to-day matters’, be focusing on providing those things that are important to you as a member.
The survey is an opportunity for you to tell us what you expect from the club and to share those ideas that you may have.
What do I need to do?
There are two questionnaires – one for the Senior Club members and another for the Junior (Under 18) Club Members.
You have the option to either complete the survey on line or fill out one of the printed copies of the questionnaire that will be available in the club house and leave it with your team manager or one of the Committee members.
If you are going to complete the survey online, please use the buttons above.
How long have I got?
We would really appreciate it you could please complete the survey before Sunday, 16th December.
What is the club going to do with the information gathered?
We collate and assess all the information that is shared with us. Then the committee will prepare a draft Plan which will set out what you as members expect from the club and propose the actions and initiatives that will need to be undertaken to meet those expectations.
The draft Plan will then be shared with you for you to review and provide any feedback before we put it into action.
Why is the Plan important?
The committee is made up of volunteers who offer some of their precious spare time to the running of the club. Our financial resources are limited to what we receive in the form of membership subscriptions, sponsorship, hall hire and any grants we may be fortunate to receive.
We need to make sure that we make the best use of our scarce resources, which means ensuring that we focus on those things that are most important to you.
